This part of the exhibition, fitted with a title borrowed from a work by Ryszard Kisiel referring to the much-hated ORMO volunteer militia of Communist times, is dedicated to resistance to the pressures of social norms in terms of image, the body, and sexuality. It begins with an amateur film by Franciszek Dzida about free love and the subculture of Polish flower children. An integral part of alternative culture has always been the struggle for emancipation and expression of individuality through a nonchalant attitude to lifestyle and appearance. Apart from radical DIY fashion (immortalised in the photos of Anna Dąbrowska-Lyons), there are also works comprising a feminist protest (Justyna Matysiak) which are not without their fashion aspects, an affirmation of queer sexuality (Ryszard Kisiel, Marian Henel), and a playful examination of gender stereotypes (Tomasz Machciński).
